This Layton home needed a full refresh before resale, and the basement was underused space that could add bedrooms and living area.
What we did
We finished the basement with a family room, bedrooms and a full bathroom, refreshed the kitchen with painted white cabinets, new counters and stainless appliances, and installed new LVP and carpet with fresh paint throughout.
