Whole-Home Remodels.
One Vision. One Crew. One Transformed Home.
Design & Planning: Every whole-home remodel begins with a complete design package. We sit down with you, learn how your family moves through your home, and build a plan that makes every room feel intentional — not just updated.
Structural & Architectural Work: When it makes sense, we demo down to the studs and rebuild the right way. Our team coordinates architecture and structural engineering so your home isn’t just beautiful — it’s built to last.
Heirloom-Grade Millwork & Cabinetry: The details are what make a home feel truly custom. We source and install millwork and cabinetry built to stand the test of time and elevate every room they’re in.
Full In-House Interior Design: You don’t need to hire a separate designer. Our in-house design team works alongside our builders from day one, ensuring that finishes, materials, lighting, and layout decisions all work together as a cohesive whole.
One Project Lead, Start to Finish: From demo day to final walkthrough, you’ll have one dedicated point of contact who knows your project inside and out. No handoffs, no confusion — just consistent communication and accountability.

Got Questions?
We've Got Answers?
How much does a whole-home remodel cost in Utah?
It depends heavily on the size of the home, how much structural work is involved and the finish level, so there is no honest one-size number. We give you a detailed, itemized estimate after an on-site consultation, and what we quote is what you get, with no surprise bills.
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
Timelines depend on scope, permitting and any structural or engineering work. We build a schedule with you before demolition starts, keep daily logs, and review progress on site every Friday so you always know where things stand.
Do you handle permits and inspections for a whole-home remodel in Utah?
Yes. We take care of permits with your city or county and coordinate every inspection, along with any architectural or structural engineering the project needs.
Can we live in our home during the remodel?
Often, yes, depending on the scope. Many families stay in the home while we phase the work. For projects that open up kitchens, bathrooms or structure all at once, moving out for part of the job may be easier. We plan the phasing with you up front.
What's included in a whole-home remodel?
A design package built around how your family uses the home, demolition and structural work as needed, custom millwork and cabinetry, in-house interior design for finishes and lighting, and one dedicated project lead from demo to final walkthrough.
Do you help with design and finish selections for the whole home?
Yes. Our in-house designers help you choose finishes, materials, lighting and layout so the whole home feels cohesive.
What is your payment schedule for a whole-home remodel?
A 50% deposit at approval secures your spot on the calendar and locks in material pricing. The remaining 50% is due only after the final punch list is complete and you have approved the work.
Do you offer a warranty on your whole-home remodeling work?
Yes. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty from handoff, with check-ins at 30, 90 and 365 days.
